"The Giddy Up Melt was surprisingly better than it looked! The brisket is quite black on the outside, almost like a coal. However, the meat pin the center is pink and soft. I did not taste any unpleasant burnt meat flavors. The sandwich was actually good! The artisan bread was toasty and buttery tasting, and it included melted cheddar cheese and four small medallion pickels! I ate the whole sandwich! it was good, but not spectacularly great!
