"Overall, the food here was good, but a few things are worth mentioning. I've been eating Tom Yum soup for decades, and the base is always prepared in the same way. A hot and sour broth with button mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves and cilantro. The Tom Yum soup here has a very good broth, but it's filled with vermicelli noodles, scallions, spinach and peanuts. Although it was very tasty, it was definitely not a classic Tom Yum, if that's what you're expecting.
We also had N5. Pad Kee Mao (Thai Spiced Noodle) and N2. Pad Thai. These were both solid choices, with the shrimp on the phad thai being plentiful and good quality. That said, we're used to 3 stars being medium hot, but here it's very spicey!! "

"Ordered from this place multiple times in a week when I discovered this place 😭 I don't usually ever see a crispy pork bánh mì so I wanted to try it here. I have to mention everything I noticed because I've had bánh mì that misses in these departments: The bread is soft inside and lightly toasted, so it's not tough to bite into or cut the inside of your mouth. The pork belly is ALWAYS crunchy. Jalapeños are cut lengthwise for even spice distribution. They have ALL the condiments... they do not skimp - the soy garlic sauce compliments the pork, and they slathered on that pâté like they're making it for their own family. They also put in mayo as a nice balance to the salty-sour. A lot of places only give you 1-2 out of 3 condiments. The carrots are actually pickled - I've had non pickled before and it just doesn't hit. The veggie-meat balance is perfect. I've had my share of bánh mì, and I can tell you they KNOW bánh mì. It's worth it and the best bánh mí I've had in my 30 years alive🤭"

"The first time I tried a banh mih sandwich was from this restaurant. I had heard of banh mih before and never thought I would like it because I'm not really a sandwich person. But I tried it on a whim from this restaurant and fell in love. Afterwards, I have tried other restaurants in the area that specialize in banh mih but none of them quite compare to this one. Perfect sandwich size, perfect filling amount and options, and the bread has the perfect crisp to it. The bubble tea options are also amazing to have on the side of your banh mih sandwich. My favorite is the Fruits Drink which has actual chunks of fruit in it and I can't seem to find this type of bubble tea anywhere else. I also pair it with the amazingly tasty Banh Mi Curry Chicken which I also can't seem to find anywhere else. It looks like I will forever be loyal to Banh Mih Bites as my go to banh mih place for as long as it exists XD. "

"The the roast pork 7: Roast Pork Buns 叉烧包 was a touch on the sweet side but yummy. Plus they were delivered fresh, not soggy!

"I sincerely appreciate the owner of the restaurant for reading my note! I feed a picky child, and I asked for K2. Kid's Grilled Chicken with Steamed Rice to be packaged separately for them. My wife loved the P12. Noodle Soup with White Meat Chicken , and I'd never had a S1. House Salad so fresh. I'm on a diet and needed low-carb, low-fat, high-protein and was glad they had prawn salad option. Grateful to have found a valuable and flavorful place to feed my family, and they were open on a holiday! Bless you for working when others don't, some people depend on it."
"There’s honestly nothing special about this spot. The portions are very small, especially considering the price and the size I ordered.
I ordered two large phởs, along with two orders of meatballs with broth and a side of meatballs. I was supposed to receive two meatballs with broth, but only received one. I called the restaurant to explain the issue and was told I had only been refunded $5.77, even though the item I did not receive costs $8.40.
When I explained this to the woman on the phone, she responded, “You got a refund, so I don’t see what the problem is.” The problem is that I did not receive the item I paid for, and I was not given a full refund for it.
Mistakes happen, but the way the situation was handled was disappointing. Poor customer service and not an experience I would recommend.

"Fantastic Pho! Best in the area! We have shopped around the area for pho for the past few years and nothing compares to Pho Bothell. Their bahn mi is so fresh with fresh baguettes and the flavor is always top notch. Their pho is also incredible. The broth stays hot until you're ready to eat it and the noodles never stick together. They break apart perfectly every time no matter how long you wait to eat. We order typically around 7pm and eat around 9pm and the pho is still fresh and hot. "I ordered for delivery and the items were all to well packaged. I ordered the Veggie and Tofu Pho (Pho Dau Hu) and Tofu Fresh Rolls (Goi Coun Chay ) the broth for the Pho was so delicious I almost ate half of it before realizing I had more toppings I could be adding. From what I could tell veggies included onion, cilantro, bok choy, broccoli and carrots. The Tofu Fresh rolls were good but not my favorite simply because they had just greens, noodles and tofu with a more hoisin sauce heavy peanut sauce. "

"So this is my new favorite place. The broth is some of the most flavorful broth that I've had in years. It's got a nice dark rich color. It's so good. You should definitely order extra just to drink it and the meat is really good quality. I got the steak and brisket and some places. The brisket is almost nothing but fat and this place is a good balance of like a little bit of fat on the brisket but like tender brisket and it's not dried out plus you get like a good amount of meat for what you're paying for."

"The steel bowl is mine, but the rest came from Pho Mimosa. The flavor is fantastic! I will definitely order again. (Small) portion is perfect for one person, larger may have been too much.
