"The sandwiches are very good. I personally wish their chips were not their own brand, as I find the kettle chips to be too thick and not as flavorful as Lays. But that is a mayter of personal taste and if toulike kettle chips they probably won't be an issue for you.
The only thing I would advise against ordering are their cookies. They taste like undercooked dough and are too sweet, soft and gummy. I think the sandwiches are a good bargain and I often order them."

They are exceptionally expensive for the size of their sandwiches and salads (how expensive is lettuce, for real). If Jersey Mike's or Mr. Pickles were closer, I'd rarely order from here. That said, the bread is very good, as are the soups on the days they have something I like. "Their food and quality is consistently great. The Pink Lady Beets & Goat Cheese Salad is unreasonably good (the sum is somehow better than its parts). "I pre-ordered this for delivery two hours later. The dasher delivered everything on time and I immediately started eating. So excuses of delivery delays of me not eating it right away do not factor into this. My turkey pesto sandwich was so soggy, it was like a sponge. One side was also very burnt, but the sogginess made scraping the burnt section off easier, so there's that. It was also room temperature cold - and since they grill it like a panini, my guess is that they made it very early, then left it to sit and the condensation made it soggy. (The inside of the container was full of water droplets.) The amount of turkey was also very light - the sandwich was practically flat. The chai tea was good (very spicy), the pesto flavoring on the sandwich was good, and the side salad was good. But for over $20 total for a turkey sandwich and the tiniest chai tea I've ever seen, I expected much more than spongy, burnt and cold bread."

"The 'Shroom Burger was surprisingly bland, it is usually really good and has lots of flavor. I got the Cheese Fries too and they were good.
