Don't bother ordering extra eggplant. It's dried and awful. I paid a $1.5 on top of what was supposed to be given. To get 4 dried pieces like this: the picture depicts cheese and large pieces of tomato and olives which were also not included. I feel bad and hope you improve. :( "

"I first went to this store in person around 3 years ago - it touts itself as the 'best pizza on Earth' so you know it's got to be a Dunning-Kruger effect when they say that. At least another store around the corner says 'Best in Dandenong' which is true to me. 'best on Earth'... is taking it too far, to the point of a joke. You think your pizza in the best on Earth?? Just ego or bad marketing. Anyway, I actually really did enjoy the pizza 3 years ago. Fairly fluffy, tasty ingredients, thick enough base and good value. While the price is still reasonable, the taste has changed. The past two times I've tried the pizza it's been tasteless/bland, the base isn't thick or fluffy like it used to be, and it's not as well cooked either. Guessing the ingredients went down in quality over the years. Known as 'Paradise Pizza' in store / the actual name for it."

"I had several issues. The first is the Bowl of Chips were completely unseasoned, same for the chips that came with the burger. The burger was not properly made, overflowing with sauces that mask the taste entirely and the ingredients falling out. A toothpick would help keep it together, but the sauces just need to be used better. Neither the Egg & Prawn Fried Rice nor the Korean Fried Chicken mention being spicy, which wasn't my preference. If I knew, I wouldn't've ordered them, but the Egg & Prawn Fried Rice did taste good aside. Still, for so much money I expect better on all fronts. Unseasoned chips really rub salt in the wound though, pun intended."

"The base is light and fluffy, toppings are fresh and, most importantly, they don't charge an arm and a leg for their pizzas as every other pizza shop does these days. "It was decent flavour but ordered a 'thick' base and it wasn't very thick. Only slightly bigger than a thin base in my book - around 1cm thick. I guess this could be considered a 'traditional' size, but it definitely wasn't 'thick', if it is, I'd be scared to see what their trad + thin base sizes look like. I particularly ordered because I love thick base pizza and so few places do it, even if they claim they do, they still give you a thin base.. cost cutting I guess. Maybe it was end of the night and they ran out of thick bases? Still, was super disappointing.
