"I almost didnt order bc I saw another review saying their food has changed. But I was curious so I tried. The food does taste a little different, not in a bad way though. The chicken was bigger pieces, before it used to be diced small. But it tasted just as good/seasoned. The yellow rice was a litte extra seasoned. And the Falafel Dozen are way better than before. Crunchy on the outside and fluffy inside. Before they were kinda dense all the way through. Feels like maybe mom got home from vacation or something ha.
I just wish i could buy extra sauce on the side. I didn't see the option to do that.
It is pricey but you get a lot of food for what you order. I could easily split this into 2 meals. And it's healthier than fast food! "

"There is not a single time I've ordered from this location that I've received the sauces that are supposed to be included in my meal. Don't even try to modify your order. It'll be ignored. I paid for a large cherry freeze and got a medium Coke freeze that was only 2/3 filled. I paid extra for onion rings but got cold, unsalted fries. All of my food was hard, like it was prepared hours ago and left near a food lamp to dehydrate. My itty-bitty burger looked nothing like the menu description and had half the ingredients expected . The new mozarella sticks would have been okay if they had remembered the marinara sauce they specifically asked me if I wanted. How do you continuously mess up every single item in every single order?! I'm amazed this spot is still in business, in person or on Door Dash. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES AND QUIT RIPPING OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!"
