"The quality of the food was extremely poor. The kabab was served with old and spoiled vegetables, which made the meal completely unacceptable. This is a serious hygiene and quality concern.
Additionally, I was charged an extra $2.50 for cheese, but no cheese was added to the kabab at all. Charging for an item that was not provided is unfair and misleading.
Overall, this experience was very disappointing and did not meet basic food quality standards. I request a refund for the extra cheese charge and appropriate action regarding the poor food quality.
