Has little bits of something I can't quite place. But it's still good. Flan flavor could be better. Good texture lots of caramel. It oozes out at the first spoonful. But it tastes a litle bitter, like burnt. Not sure if it's because I tasted the capirotada first. I got the chicken salad because I thought of shredded chicken with onion and celery and Mayo kind of chicken salad. I could tell the ingredients were fresh, which I definitely appreciated, but overall the flavor didn’t stand out the way I had hoped. I also ordered the taco plate. The flavors themselves were decent, but the presentation and temperature took away from the experience—it arrived lukewarm and a bit messy, which made it less enjoyable than it could have been.
