I'm a big fan of the crispy tacos, which are made in the picadillo style (with papas), and a lil extra grated carrots and purple cabbage added to the tomato and lettuce. Papas rancheras is another one of my favorite tacos. Not too hot at all. You can always add salsa for that kick. Salsas are good, adding flavor, not just heat.
