The VILLA ANTINORI, Rosso Super Tuscan IGT, Tuscany, Italy is delicious, but make sure you either have a corkscrew or your hotel does. The Roasted Asparagus was delightfully tender with a majority of the woody stalks either cooked out or removed, and the sauce is delicate enough to let the vegetable sing. All said, unless you're stuck for the night I'd suggest going to a quality chophouse like The Drover where you get what you ordered."
