When my delivery driver arrived at the store, the employee told her that I did not select the soup, even though I clearly added it and paid extra. Instead of resolving the issue, the employee kept insisting that I didnāt order it.
Also, I never selected any type of chips with my order. However, the employee kept asking the DoorDash driver what kind of chips to get, even though chips were not part of my order at all. This caused unnecessary confusion and delay.
Iām very disappointed with how this was handled, especially with the rude behavior toward the driver. I would appreciate it if this situation could be reviewed and resolved."
