I was right - I couldn't taste the haloumi at all, and when I unwrapped it, I saw there was very little haloumi in the haloumi wrap🤷🏽♀️. But most importantly, the zaatar was so acidic and tangy (maybe too much sumac) that it overpowered all other flavours.
