The taco was very good, but could have used a bit less shredded lettuce, which was very wet and made taco soggy. Likewise, Caldwell De Res serving was GENEROUS! Very tasty, large corn portion, nearly a whole ear(!), and large potato packed separately with Spanish rice. Potato was green and not appealing.
