Mind you this could have been due to the juice being absorbed during transport. Other than that, really good. - Pad See Ew is legitimately the best pad see ew around, they really dry the noodles and flavor coats the entire dish. They use shiitake mushrooms for an umami boost and it makes a huge difference.
The restaurant is a small family owned place which put a lot of care into opening and being there for the community. They are so friendly with free tasters, generous coupons and take the time to explain all the food. They are really open to input as well.
