"Opening up my food packaging was like an unpacking....like the videos we all have seen at one time or another. So, it's like this:
I ordered the thaali, right? Peering into the bag is like pulling out little trinket boxes, wondering what is in each. After I took out my dessert, there was a big side of rice, another little box of yellow rice, a yoghurt rice, 2 daals, one with a snack, one half-filled with the included dessert, one half-filled with some type of liquid which turned out to be lemonade, a surprise veggie - karela, and another yummy veggie - methi malai matter, a roti and some chutney. And that was that!
Although food is always good, and they include something extra every time with my order, where's my naan, where's my salad, my raita! The tiny containers were half-filled at most.....except for the rice.
Even my badam milk was only three quarters full, and it was pistacchio milk, not badam milk. Not cool.
Moral of the story: Don't order right around closing time....they tend to run out of food."

The Biryanis here are more reasonably priced than in Paradise Biryani Pointe. For those who care about the details: at the time of writing, Mutton Dum Biryani at Biryaniz Livermore is $14.99 on Doordash whereas Paradise Biryani Pointe sells it for $19.19. Both the biryanis I ordered from Biryaniz Livermore had plenty of meat and masala, and one whole egg. Paradise biryanis come with just half an egg, and you have to pay more for extra meat or egg. I am talking about the regular size, not the family pack.
To conclude, though Paradise Biryani Pointe is still one of my favorites in the Bay Area, I am certainly going to order biryanis more often from Biryaniz Livermore for its value for money while still making delicious, good quality food. The Kofta curry and jeera rice were satisfactory, but the corn tikki was undercooked and soggy, which was different from the crispy, flavorful ones we've enjoyed previously. The Hathras Soan papdi also fell short of expectations; it was hard and refrigerated, lacking the usual flaky, soft texture. Given the $17 price for a packet, this was disappointing. Kadarai Paneer, puri, pranthas, EVERYTHING WAS BITTER like bitter gourd (Karela). I ordered at night as I was super hungry. Waited up till next day to call and give genuine feedback. Lady answered the call and claimed that she is the owner / manager of the place. I told her humbly please take my feedback as constructive and positive words to work on it. I clearly mentioned that I am not seeking refund. After me sharing my experience, instead of being apologetic, the arrogant lady turned it around on me and said cos I asked the food to be 10 on 10 spicy is the reason for it to be bitter. I have had food from Indian restaurants across the U.S and this IS THE WORST. She venomously stated that she has been cooking for over ten years so what I am saying is not possible!
