"Got myself 4 Quesabirria tacos for $16 and they were utterly immaculate. For $4 a piece they're actually very big compared to other places that'll charge you maybe $6+ a piece and come out half the size. The portion of carne asada was good for the $15 price, and the salsa verde and cheese sauce were both good. The meat itself could have used more flavor. My biggest issue was that the Cheetos were stale, so you didn’t get the crunch you would expect. I was also expecting more cheese inside the quesadilla, especially with mozzarella being used, but there was no cheese pull and it barely felt cheesy.
Thank goodness for the Pineapple Spinach Agua Fresca because that was really good and probably my favorite part of the order!
Overall, the quesadilla was just okay. Fresh Cheetos, more flavorful carne asada, and more cheese would definitely make it much better."
