"This is one of my friends' favorite Mexican restaurants, but I had not tried it before last night...I ordered the seasoned beef tacos which were super tasty. I also ordered a large salsa because most places do not send enough salsa... Loco Burro sent 3 different salsa for my tacos which was all amazing!! The large salsa that I ordered is super yummy!! "For the fourth to fifth time that we've ordered from this establishment, we did not receive any cheese with the arroz con pollo dish. I therefore ordered a side of queso this time just in case. We didn't receive the side of queso either. I have called the restaurant previously about this and spoke to the manager. She offered for me to "drive to the restaurant to get the queso" or that she would give us a free queso when we came the the restaurant the next time. I declined both and said " I just think the kitchen staff should be more cognizant when they prepare a to go dish. The service has not improved. Disappointed."
