" Nigiri & Mini Roll (Hosomaki) Combo specifically shows only tuna and salmon but mine came with shrimp also. Which is much cheaper than the other two fish. It feels like I didn't entirely get my moneys worth.
Mixed Combo there was the thinnest piece of shrimp in the shrimp tempura. I opened it up and pulled it out because it just looked like breading and it basically was. It was about the width of three toothpicks pressed together. Just enough to get the breading to cling to it. I don't know if you guys make this in-house or if you get it from somewhere but most of that shrimp has been cut away and it's very obvious and that's a little embarrassing. I know you're gonna say "what do I expect from grocery store sushi?" At the bare minimum I expect it to be what's advertised.
