"I will say that this review is for a redelivery after a disappointing experience, but this delivery was much more on par with the local Applebees I'm used to. I like this place. It's predictable in a good way. It's familiar and consistent, the atmosphere is friendly and cozy esp for a chain, the value is good if you order from the deals (ultimate trio is an 11/10 smash for value alone, 2 for $25 is also very good). I can't say I feel the same about regular pricing but the variety of options within a given deal is usually good enough. This delivery was excellent. Packaged with care doesn't cover it---everything was present, correct, appetizing in appearance, delicious. I don't ever reorder mistakes but this was for a sweet 16 birthday (don't judge, he picked lol). Birthday kid was thrilled."

"I'd have to disagree with the positive reviews on this place, at least the two popular items I tried. I added ricotta as a topping to my Medium thin cheese and they wrote on the receipt that they don't have it, which I understand but did not receive a refund from the store. The cheese also didn't seem cooked through fully and there wasn't much sauce. It also wasn't cut all the way through. whole reason I chose this store to order from despite the extra fees was because their Fries pictured are battered diner fries which are hard to find. When they arrived they were crinkle cut fries that were limp. The cheddar cheese wiz plastic cup had been melted from the heat and the cheese wiz was a horrible texture-lumpy and thick and grainy despite still being warm. Overall not a very pleasant experience. Additionally, the kids spaghetti had very little sauce, and the chicken parmesan sub was mostly bread. We were all still hungry after our meal, and quite disappointed.
