The yuca is very clearly not freshly prepared, it tastes exactly the same as the canned ones, also the broth lacked flavour and was too thick. The dish didn't include the cilantro and the pickled onions so I had to add them myself. To what it's worth, the fish did taste fresh and had good flavor.
