I grew up in Bridgeport Connecticut and used to go to the original Pete's Subs on the corner of Boston Avenue and East Main. I have met one of the original owners many times. With business hemorrhaging and with many stores closing, Subway has to do better. A Subway employee should make a sandwich as if the money was coming out of their own pockets. I paid $19 for this sandwich through Door Dash and it wasn't worth it. Don't sacrifice quality by trying to save a little using old ingredients. Calzone is good, but better the first two thymes we ordered. The last 2 times we got the "meatlover", it was good, but more bread than anything else unfortunately.............
I did talk to them on the ph wen i ordered, and she suggested that I emphasize somebody rolling out the dough a little on the thinner side which I did.............. but it still came out super thick and bready.  with that being said, whenever I have ordered some thing and request a little bit of extra sauce or this or that...... they always get it right and do not nickel and dime you to death!!! That to me goes a long way :) thank you.
