Every time we order, there seems to be more rice and less fish. The rolls look carelessly made, poorly presented, and completely unappetizing. For the amount of money they charge, the quality is honestly shocking.
Good sushi should be about fresh fish, quality ingredients, and proper balance. Instead, you’re paying premium prices for a pile of rice with barely any fish inside. It’s disappointing, it looks bad, and it doesn’t even make you want to eat it.
This place used to be much better, but now the quality has dropped so much that I can’t recommend it to anyone."

"Consistently this store underperforms. The food is mostly good but quite often there are missing ingredients or significantly smaller portions than you'd receive in-restaurant. Most of the fruit is fresh but occasionally you get something of very questionable quality put in there. I usually only order from here if i'm sick, as I find the prices waaay too high on Doordash for this store to justify ordering more often- especially with the portons being smaller. This store does not have a way to indicate allergies and will often substitute (despite instructions not to) their custard for hazelnut spread- this is very dangerous if you have a nut allergy so be aware of that before ordering.
All in all, I would order from here again if it was my only option for fruit while sick, but it would be with extreme hesitancy of the quality and with utmost weariness of missing items and inappropriately substituted items."

The brown rice in the burrito was very reminiscent of the rice they order in bulk for LTC facilities and retirement homes. VERY distinct.
They left out the chips when I paid for chips and queso, and just gave me the queso instead of just refunding me or cancelling the order. This was over six dollars alone.
Tried the queso with burrito to get my moneys worth and it was so watery, flavour also very off. How exactly can something be watery but spicy at the same time?! "I ordered the Prawn Thai Curry Laksa (by Door Dash because I was attending training nearby). I requested gluten free and, if possible, dairy free. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but it also came with the nicest handwritten note from the staff explaining how they prepared my meal (cooking the noodles in the broth to avoid cross contamination) and other little details. It was also in several separate containers to ensure everything was separate. If you have food intolerances, you know how special this is and how very much appreciated. My first time eating there but they've earned a fan with good old customer service. It made my day.... Thank you Moxies!!:))"
