The chicken was so chopped up that you couldn't eat feel or chew the texture. They used the same chopped chicken in the broth too. I prefer pull apart chicken for more texture and wholesomeness. Delivery is also well packaged! The udon comes in a large cup, and they put the toppings in a separate container that serves as the cup's lid. You get to crack the egg yourself which 1) saves space since it doesn't need to its own cup and 2) it's fun. Jammiest egg I've ever had in my life, too.
