Chips were passable but nothing to write home about, if a touch overloaded with salt and the Nutella stuff cookie - while sufficiently sickly - I'm almost certain that the "Nutella" they use is a cheap knockoff "hazelnut spread" and not the real deal.
As a huge Nutella fan, I'm pretty sure I can taste the difference. If that's true then this item is misleadingly titled but it was nice enough, if a little light on the actual "Nutella" part of the cookie. Great sized cookie itself, though."

"Have you guys changed owners or are you just cutting corners & being cheap? Because you used to do a great Pho but today's offering was really bad. Firstly the bowl was barely half full. Even stingy with the noodles. The meat was poor quality. The "rare" beef was absolutely pre cooked. Just boiled slop that looked like it had already been chewed. About the only part that was edible was the broth, which was still average & quite sweet. Overall I'm disappointed & will be removing this place from my favourites. Heaps of much better Pho places in the north for the same price."

"The quality of the food from Golden Grove Soonta has become so appalling.
We pay an extra $2 to add pork to a bowl, but receive 95% pork skin and the tiniest specks of meat. They fill the bowl with rice and give hardly any greens, slaw or condiments. The sweet potato fries are also undercooked - very hit and miss. They do a much better job when you are there to watch what they add, and take advantage of people getting the food delivered.
I called the store about this and they tried to make excuses, saying people like the crackling. I also like crackling, but not as a full substitute for the meat I am paying extra for! Biggest rip off - do right by your customers and give them what they pay for. "
