It felt more like mash potatoes that crumbled apart and it had no flavor. Im not sure if that's normal so maybe im not a good judge. Id like to try fufu again somewhere just to compare. I dont think id need it again with stew if this is how it is. But besides that. The flavors were just award winning. The jerk chicken wings i cant stop thinking about. "I got the Al Pastor taco and Chicken Quesadilla. The quesadilla is really good. lots of cheese and lots of meat. The grilled chicken tasted good not dry or anything. I really like the rice. It has so much flavor. They gave me a reddish orange sauces and that is super spicy. Good flavor though. There is also creamy green sauces they gave me which has some spice but is good. The Al Pastor taco was massive so the price is justified. Not my favorite Al Pastor, it just mostly tastes like cumin. Would recommend."
