Bad: the way they have the menu on DoorDash set up is highly unclear especially about the Espresso drinks. Really unclear how many shots each drink and size have in them and the additions option makes that even more confusing. I chose a 12 oz Espresso which is just a very unclear way of sizing espresso. So I added a note that I wanted three shots of espresso. What came was one shot. I also added whipped cream to the espresso, which was not in there, and the taste of the espresso was very acidic not a good  espresso  would not get that again."

"I often door dash from this place. The Lois Famous Pineapple Ice Tea. Is probably the best thing I have ever had. I order it every time. The food is always hot and the hashbrows have such a good flavor and are never soggy. The food is not greasey but I think they use butter to cook with. I would skip the toast get english muffin no butter/ butter on side that way you can toast at work or home. If you order the pancakes don't forget to ask for butter on the side. I love that they let you customize and ask for things like a certain flavor of jelly. Also I never feel sick after eating here. It solid. Do not skip the iced tea. Even if you can't drink it right away and the ice melts it still tastes perfect."

"I recall going here in person several years ago, and the order was exactly as I recall. Tasty food in good amounts per item. One note for the duck, it will include bones so expect a bit of work but it is well worth it."
"We had a very large order for some VIPs at a local event and had it delivered. I gave the restaurant a call after ordering online and spoke with Iris. She was amazing and said they would make it very special for our guests. Everything came out perfect, and exactly on time! Our delivery driver was also a winner. He called to let me know the food was there, and didn't leave until I verified everything was correct.
The restaurant packaged the food well, and it was easy to display as-is. Everyone loved the food, the portions were plentiful, and the piggy custard buns were a huge hit!
