"Got the raid the Raid the Roost Chicken Burger . Took a bite and it tasted awesome, but unfortunately I saw that the chicken was not cooked all the way. Went back and was met with apologetic service and was offered another burger, and was even given some fries which I didn't ask for. Unfortunately I was given an entirely different sandwich with ingredients on it that I don't have a taste for.
I'd also ordered the Wake & Bacon Burger as a double, and they forgot the egg, so there was no wake in my bacon..I did not tell the employees of that mistake though, since the burger was still made well.
If I could give half stars, I would. The customer service alone granted the stars given, otherwise it'd be a zero."

There were 5 or 6 thin strips of tofu on top-that's it. And there was no yummy curry broth. It was like they stuffed a bunch of potatoes in a small takeout container and called it a day. Also I got mild as it said jalapeño level and other reviews said they were so spicy, but there was no spice. In fact it had a slightly sour taste I couldn't place. What a bummer. I used to go here consistently 9 years ago but I won't be going back."

Fries are crispy and nice, I added a bit of salt to mine, but no complaints. They provided napkins, ketchup & mustard, and cutlery. Sure, the absurdly large burger I ordered was a little smooshed in the box, but it sprang back just fine, as the pictures show.
Highly recommend this place, especially if you can catch a deal on it, but it's worth the occasional splurge for quality & portions like this."

"It was just pretty nasty. The lettuce seemed like it was from last century, chemically preserved until now. The beef has a really unpleasant char flavor to it, like a bunch of butane or propane is cooked into it. Especially around the edges this is very palpable. The falafel was well seasoned but for an $8 addition, you get about a 1/4c of beef and it is covered in sauce so you don't get much out of it.
This probably works better as a burrito, since everything is rolled together anyway. As a plate, the hummus and falafel were the only stars; nothing else had enough flavor to really stand out.
The orange blossom lemonade was good, you do get the orange blossom and a bit of lemon, the mint is a refreshing touch to round it off. "
