"Definitely the best CHICKEN MOMO in the Bay Area but I could do with a thinner momo coating. As the momos cooled down, their coating started to dry up a bit and thicken. However, the momos were very juicy and had great umami. Their momo chutney is very good too! The only place that serves CHICKEN MOMO momos this good!"

"Butter chicken arrived warm, perfect spice level. Garlic naan is super tasty, love the flavor and cilantro. Would definitely order again"
"The Butter Chicken tasted more like an Italian take on Indian food than actually carry authentic flavour. Too much tomato, not enough Indian spices. The spice level is just chilli, again missing flavouring in the chicken. Not worth the price, but the restaurant discount made it acceptable. The plastic packaging was practically melting holding the hot curry, so please avoid if you're conscious about microplastic consumption.
Garlic Naan was alright but tad overpriced I feel.
However hygiene factor and freshness was good for Indian restaurants (tell you more tomorrow, haha). Portions were okay, I'll order again but try different dishes."

"Butter Chicken is great- creamy delicous sauce Tandoori Chicken is tasty but can be a little bit Bony than it looks. Lamb Rogan Josh very nice like an Indian Lamb stew onion flavor. Basmati Rice is fluffy delicious long grain rice, not sure if it comes complimentary with some entrees. Butter Naan are perfectly fine, Garlic Naan was just OK have had better at other places. "
"Honestly one of my favorite places for Indian food. The chicken tikka masala is so good — creamy, perfectly spiced, not too hot. The naan was soft and fresh. The saag paneer was rich and flavorful, way better than I expected. Everything was delicious. I will 100% order again."

"The Vegetable Biryani was amazing. Spicy and large serving. The Garlic Naan was also big. The Chicken Tikka Masala-Premium was so creamy and flavorful."
"Overall the food was amazing. The Shahi Paneer-Royal Taste-Best In Town was fantastic with complex flavor and included cashews (a good sign!) and tons of paneer. Mango lassis were yummy. Garlic Naan was very flat, not fluffy, but still had good flavor. Chutneys for the Veggie Samosas had a strange flavor"

"Medium gobi Manchurian wasn't as crunchy as I liked, but still amazing flavor! The chicken momos were juicy and you could taste the freshness of the cilantro. Food was still warm when it came and I live 10 minutes away, so timing was perfect. Portions were great for one person. I frequent the Costco next door, would definitely stop by here and order again."

"I have ordered thali, kadhi, roti, aalu paratha and besan laddu on many occasions. The taste is top notch and very homely. Best Besan Ladoo I have had being in the US for almost 8 years (although I have not tried other sweets, I am sure they are equally good). Everything tastes home cooked and delicious. "
"The Undhiyo was a huge disappointment. I have never seen a red Undhiyo—it was mushy and tasted more like a Punjabi sabzi than a traditional Gujarati preparation. There was no balance of vegetables, mostly squished eggplants.
The Sabudana Khichdi was bland with no salt or spice and overloaded with peanuts. The accompanying yogurt was sour and tasteless.
The Puranpoli was just okay, filled with sheera instead of the traditional lentil–jaggery filling with ghee.
Overall, the food lacked authenticity and was a complete letdown, especially when ordered with high expectations."

"Wow, I've had a lot of Indian food but this place is so good! great food but also very well packaged. the Szechuan Egg Fried Rice is literally addicting, Bhel Puri is perfectly seasoned/flavored with perfect textures, South Indian Pani Puri(8) is delicious and well flavored, Masala Chai is comforting and masala is subtle not overpowering, and Rasmalai Pastry is so tasty and unique flavoring. highly recommend!"
"Nearly $6 for one sad looking Aloo Samosa is theft in broad daylight. Ordered thinking there will be two pieces in one plate like most other places. The photo is also misleading. Mid food overall but priced like a Tier 1 restaurant.
Never ordering from here. Will make sure friends and loved ones know how much of a scam this "restaurant" is. Avoid. plenty of decent Indian restaurants nearby."

"Frst time trying this place - it's really tasty. I ordered spicy, and it delivered exactly as I hoped. The naan is HUGE, and pillowy and just amazing. Will order again. Bet! 5 stars isnt high enough... I had to pause mid eat to write the review. "
"I ordered my dish spicy, and instead it was very sweet. I had to add my own spices to counter the sugary taste. I like my face to turn red, and to sweat profusely while enjoying my Indian dishesthe last time I got the Paneer Tikka Masala, it was the level of spiciness im looking for. Not this... dessert flavored sauce. Ill try then one more time after this and hopefully the feedback will be applied. The Plan Naan (the app has it spelled wring- not me) is just as dope as last time. Gigantic and fluffy. Was on the fence between 2 and 3 stars, but seriously - even through the heat of the spices I added myself, it's still too sweet. Blech! "

"The Butter Chicken is flavorful & has lots of tender meat! The Samosas are stuffed & huge
Wish the Butter Naan was more... buttery? Lol felt like just a plain naan, but nonetheless, very good texture. The Yogurt Lassi is great too! Wish it was a bit thicker, but probably melted a bit on the drive over, so nothing to deduct a star about :)"
"Wonderful lamb curry, spicy, but not too hot. I hate it when it is so hot you can't taste anything but heat! The lamb was cooked to perfection! Tender and in nice sized pieces! Came with a great jasmine rice, and a perfect Nan!"

"Outstanding and delicious every time "
"I ordered Chicken Tikka Masala. There was a total of 6 one-inch chunks of chicken in a 16 ounce serving. Apparently you have to order rice if you want it (extra) as it was not included. For $22.00, it was not worth it. I also ordered some Raita. It tasted like it had mayonnaise in it -probably a seasoning but it was cloying and not refreshing as raita should be."

"Everything here is amazing! The flavors are fantastic.
I am a huge fan of the Chicken Tikka Masala Ala Carte Garlic Naan combo. The Lamb Gosht Ala Carte is very good over the Rice. I love Tarka Daal paired with the Paratha. It's like it was made to go togather.
The Desi Paleo Salad is jam packed with wondearful flavors and textures. I like mixing the two dressings they send with it. Delicious! This place has become a family favorite ♡"

"Combo 2 (with 2 Vegetables) is a good value for money from this store. I would rate their Zunka as favorite, followed by bharli vangi. Dal tastes very homely.
Would recommend Paneer Tikka Frankie for a quick bite which fills you up really well. "
"Bhel Puri quantity was hardly anything. The price to quantity ratio does not match. Pani Paani Puri (Gol Gappe) – 7 Pieces is not gol gappe. It is ragda puri. They don't give you potatoes with it. You get ragda. Imli chutney was authentic."

"Finding a needle in a haystack’ can be replaced with ‘finding chicken in the chicken biryani’ at Kongumadu. Unfortunately, the same was true of the fish curry. I understand that their location may come with high rent and operating costs, but customers still deserve reasonable portions for the price. Very disappointing, and they’ve lost us as customers"

"OMG everything was absolutely perfect. Super flavorful, cooked perfectly, so amazing. We Ordered the Lamb Biryani (the lamb was SUPER tender), Chicken Tikka Kebab (which was really tender as well), the Butter Chicken and Malai Kofta were amazing, and the Samosa as well. Only note is the Papadum is extremely peppery, more so than any I've ever had, will definitely make you cough if that pepper hits the back of your throat. Overall incredible. Absolute 5 stars."

Rich tikka sauce, jalapeños - great combination. The personal naan was on the small side, but I guess that's to be expected."

"Delicious Paneer Butter Masala (Veg). Tasted amazing with the Garlic Naan. Portion size was very substantial for the price, quite impressed."
"Portions were extremely small for the price. Super expensive. Mild was NOT mild. About 6 small pieces of chicken, both masala and butter chicken tasted the same. The basmati rice was so expensive with barely any paneer. Only two pieces of naan . Nothing came with sides. Definitely would not order again."

"This place in Almaden Valley serves some of the most delicious Indian dishes. The flavors are always on point and everything tastes fresh. It's become our favorite spot to eat now. Plus, the portion sizes are really generous for the price."
"Some of the best quality Butter Chicken creamy delicious recommend "Mild" because Medium is too spicy. Palak Paneer is Spinach ground up into a liquid with has fresh chunks of white cheese similar to fresh mozzarella. Goat Curry medium is nice and spicy for true Desi tastes. Warning some would consider it a Strong Goat flavor (some may say Gamey) so this is great for Spicy Goat meat lovers--- Bones and all. Garlic Naan are very good, actually Heated w/ Garlic N Butter so the flavor fills the Naan. This place really has authentic Good Quality compared to a lot of places."

"I ordered a Large Kadai Paneer Pizza and it was amazing! The crust was perfectly baked—crispy on the outside, yet soft and airy inside. The sauce had just the right amount of tanginess, and the cheese was rich, gooey, and melted to perfection.
The toppings were fresh and generously spread, adding amazing flavor to every bite. This pizza satisfied all my Indian flavours and spices needed for an Indian Pizza! Highly recommend for any pizza lover!

"Star Chaat Cuisine is the place to go if you’re craving heavenly stuffed in Babhubali size Aloo Paratha with raita. I personally preferred the Aloo Paratha over the Paneer Paratha. I enjoyed the fresh, thick grated carrot boondi raita with it. I didn’t even bother with the pickle they gave me. To end my rich North Indian breakfast on a high note, I had some Ajwain Prantha with homemade chai."
