The only seafood is shrimp, I had 4 in my cup and they were mushy. It was mostly okra, peppers, and onions with a mediocre roux. The hush puppies were nothing special. Crispy, but lacking in flavor. My daughter liked her chicken strips and fries."

"I'm a hamburger enthusiast and was in town to attend a dog show. I saw this place had great reviews but I was very disappointed. I like a simple Burger with just bacon cheese and mayo. The quality of the burger has to shine through when it's not covered with special sauces and tons of other gimmicky stuff. I ordered my burger medium, it was well done instead. the meat was barely identifiable as beef being overly ground and overly worked. It was also way too salty. the flavor of the beef should be enhanced by the amount of salt not overtaken by it. there was nothing particularly special about the sweet potato fries, they were kind of soggy. The bacon was cooked but a little undercooked for being on a burger as it was in its chewy state meaning difficult to bite through and get bacon with each bite of the burger. Would not recommend."
