The churro cheesecake was thin and overly sweet, the chocolate chip was misshapen and tasted like a packaged Toll House cookie (the kind you find in the refrigerated section of the grocery store and bake at home), the sugar cookie was tiny yet somehow underbaked, and the Oatmeal Chocolate Walnut alnut was acceptable but nothing to write home about.

I was wary of the Mac & Cheese because it looked like KFC mac, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it is very cheesy and has a bit of a paprika kick to it. The Colossal Carrot Cake is SOOOOO good, you should 100% add it to your order if you're thinking about it. Really moist, big slice, not too much frosting but the frosting is delicious too."

"I ordered pretty much a $40 20" pizza "meats" with Extra cheese. Pizza arrived fast and was still hot but the pizza was already dried up on top because it was over done and there was no extra cheese. There was barely any cheese compared to what original brunos on Prairie had. I think since Brunos died they cut the cheese amount by 75% at both local Brunos. They either just made a mistake or this pizza is just sad. Crust was thicker than im used to and it was over done. It was hard to chew. I threw it in the trash. I called them but they closed. I'm hoping to have them remake this pizza correctly and taking back this dried up one. Overdone dry pizza sucks. There should be pull apart amounts of cheese on this pizza and it doesnt exist. Only enough cheese to hold the topping on and get hard baked. Not happy. Photos show there are bare spots where the cheese is so thin or missing you see the sauce and where im holding up the ultra thin layer of "extra cheese" that doesnt exist. Dry low cheese pizza. I swear they must have thought It was light cheese. "

"We normally love Luigis and never have complaints. Tonight is the first night I have to leave a review. I asked for a 5 topping XL pizza and added a note for green olives on only one side of the pizza since they're ordering system doesn't allow a side a or side b... they put JUST green olives on one side.. so we have all the meats on one side and just green olives and cheese on the other. and the crust was doughy and tasted undercooked. I'm not sure what's going on tonight because in the few times we've ordered we've never had issues. So sad I paid $64 to get this quality of food."
