The Ham & Cheese Croissant was a HUGE letdown. The image shown had shredded slow cooked ham and a decent amount of cheese. What I received was deli meat with a bit of cheese melted on what was comparable to a croissant I would get at Woolies. It wasn't soft and flaky, it was dry/boring and I struggled to get through it. [Side note: Artem Coffee make the best ham & cheese croissant]. The Friand was bite-sized but a delicious little treat to pair with coffee- a bit on the expensive side for how little it is. Would recommend based on its flavour and overall texture though. "

"I’ve had some really good food from Liba in the past, so I was quite disappointed with this order.
I ordered the fried plantain and beans combo through DoorDash, which was listed as coming with chicken, but there was no chicken included. When I called, I was told the combo doesn’t come with chicken, so I’d really recommend updating the DoorDash listing because I would have either added chicken or ordered something else if I’d known.
I also selected garri as an option, but it wasn’t included in the order. I understand it may not be an additional charge, but I specifically selected it, so I was disappointed that it was missing.
The plantain itself was nice, although the portion was quite small. Unfortunately, the beans were extremely oily and I personally didn’t enjoy the flavour.
I’ve enjoyed Liba’s food previously, so I’m hoping this was just an off day, but overall this particular order was really underwhelming."

The store ran out of F17. Steam Chicken with Soy Sauce, so they replaced it with the F20. Golden Chicken without asking me, which is more expensive and also not what I wish to have at all! So ended up I couldn't get my steam chicken but stuck with the more expensive and not value for money deep fried chicken that I never wish to have. Not to mention how it worsen my sore throat. Which is the main reason why I ordered STEAM chicken in the beginning.
I wish the store could have called me about the change of order instead of just replacing it themselves especially when the item they picked was the more expensive one. This to me is rip off. I ordered whole steam chicken, and I got deep fried pieces ... It's ashamed that I have such a bad customer service this time because I had good impression with this store before. But thanks to them now I have one less choice of store to choose in DoorDash."

"This is my second order. Amazing value for money in terms of portion size and food quality with huge serving of chips and delicious beef burgers. Blue cheese is salty, that's to be expected, but it is one of the best blue cheese sauces I have ever had.
However, some issues:
- the BBQ sauce is salty as heck. Truly mouth puckeringly salty. - - the Ribwich is very dry - need to increase the fat ratio in the patty.
- as for the pickles, the flavour profile is quite different from the usual and I am an epic pickle fan. Like 10 times heavy pickle so there is more pickle than burger patty level.
