"The 5 pc. Tenders Combo was great. I didn't get any sauces for either order. This is a VERY frequent issue for this location. (They have both a TacoBell and a KFC there and getting any sauce on a delivery order is next to impossible!) The biscuits were fresh, hot, and still warm when they arrived. First, The Pizzas were not cut well, and we had to tear the slices apart. Because of this, the cheese and toppings slid off the crust. Overall, the pizza sauce lacked flavor, and the crust was rather chewy like it had been reheated in a microwave. We've ordered from here many times, and it hasn't been that way for previous orders so it was a bit confusing.
The Caprese had more tomatoes than slices of mozzarella, and did not come with the olive oil we had received previously.
The Bavarian Pretzel was good, but the Garlic Flatbread was pretty bland, had no garlic flavor, and no dipping sauce.
In terms of the desserts the Cookie Dough Mashup Cake had something in it that tasted sour, its not described on the menu so I don't know what it was. The sour taste was distracting to the overall flavor of the cake, which was otherwise okay. The Blueberry Cobbler Cream Cake was ok, not spectacular but not bad.
Overall, it was very average, nothing spectacular, and a little on the pricy side for the quality we recieved. We have ordered from this restaurant multiple times in the past and those experiences were significantly better. I don't think this place is bad generally, and I wouldn't write off coming here based on this one experience, I would still generally recommend it to people, but I think they could use better quality control and consistency."
