"HOLY CRAP!!! High quality, the real deal, bbq!! The sauces are incredible especially love the depth of flavor in the cheer wine bbq sauce! Chinese chicken sauce is incredible! "The Patton Ave Burrito dinner is so good. I especially love the salad that comes with it. It is also a big portion, so plan to save half for later"
"Papa's and Beer always serves delicious food. I order Carnitas almost every time, and they're some of the best I've ever eaten. The generous portion means I have enough for a light lunch the next day. The guac is chunky and never a slurry of avacado. The cilantro is just right. The problem is in the details. This is the second order I've received with no corn tortillas for the Carnitas. This is like eating fajitas without tortillas. Totally different meal without them, and it's not the meal I wanted. I always order an a la carte cheese enchilada. That enchilada is typically quite good. The enchilada sauce is perfection. Tonight the enchilada was cold. Sure, food will cool off during delivery, but the enchilada couldn't cool that much on a direct, 4 mile trip... not even if the driver had to stop for the six traffic lights between P and B and my home. I think I will order again, but I'll make sure I have corn tortillas in advance. Think I'll skip the enchilada."

"Pretty good wings, expensive but they gave me 12 instead of 10 so I'm happy 👌 the wild sauce is about as spicy as regular hot buffalo sauce but has better flavor imo."
"Wings looked like they came off a lizard instead of a chicken. Very small wings with little to no chicken for 32 dollars is insane. My 6 dollar wedges came with about 14 pieces and most were too small and burnt to eat. Lesson learned. "

"Their panang curry sauce is so good that I could drink it!!! I swear it must have healing powers. Glad I was in my office when I ate this so no one saw how savage I was, haha! I need to wipe my desk off now :) Delicious!! 11/10!! It was just what I needed after a stressful, rainy morning. "
"Hate to have to leave this review but this place has kind of fallen off. They used to be good quality and portions that were proportionate to the price. This has changed recently. The price has gone up substantially and the portions have been reduced to half. What a shame. This will be my final order with Suwannas. Price increase and portion size decrease has been a constant lately in Asheville and I understand the factors contributing to that. But this past order I could tell that the food quality and care has dropped off as well. The vegetables and Crispy Roll were so low quality and wilted. Oof. Sorry Suwanna, this is just disappointing"

Living in the VA hospital down the road, I don't get a chance to go to Red Lobster, but they definitely bring it to me, my way. Thanks, RL! Job well done! Oh, BTW, I highly recommend the Strawberry Lemonade! The half gallon lasts me for days!!"
"Everything was perfect as usual. The Classic Caesar Salad is HUGE and came with lots of shaved Parmesan and dressing on the side. The lettuce was super fresh and crisp, which sadly doesn't always happen at other restaurants. Popcorn Shrimp were crunchy and delicious. Garlic Shrimp Scampi was perfect and came with plenty of lemon wedges on the side. The Baked Potato is perfectly cooked, oiled and salted on outside and came with lots of butter and sour cream on the side. Half Dozen Cheddar Bay Biscuits® were amazing as always. "Delicious and warming on a cold night!
The Birria-Chan broth is super flavorful and the meat is tender and juicy. If you like a firmer noodle, ask that they be separated. They were softer than I like by the time the meal arrived to my house. Texas Dip is great, love the surf and turf combo.
Portions are large, so definitely enough for a big lunch tomorrow."
"So I added "special instructions" & boy did they follow thru and HOW. Do you see the size of my portions? "For a quick, but filling option I always go for the cornbread and greens. The cornbread is hefty, toasted to order and covered in a rich gravy that runs over into the greens. The rich flavors and trio of textures warms your belly and leaves just enough room for a nice cup of chili or curry. The chili is heavy with a slight hint of a spice blended perfectly with the flavor of the tomatoes and beans, and all of that under a layer of homemade vegan queso, if you like. The portions are fair for the price, and the love in each item leaves you feeling satisfied and nourished. Remember, always support local!"

"everything was absolutely perfect. the burger had no pink, the fries were still Crispy and not soggy, and the steak was super tender and juicy."
"This salad has wonderful flavor and is a good portion size, but the presence of jalapeños and maybe the Santa Fe Sauce made it quite spicy. It would have been nice to have received the ranch dressing that I ordered, as I'm sure it would have helped to mitigate the spice/heat. It would also have been nice to be able to request removal of the jalapeños. I would order the salad again if I could remove the jalapeños and get the ranch dressing. I did not receive a straw for my lemonade. The strawberry lemonade is always fantastic and a personal favorite! It is not too sweet like the ones most other restaurants serve."

"We've ordered from No. 1 China quite a few times, and it's always been consistently good. The food is flavorful and the quality never seems to change, which is why we keep coming back.
The portions are generous—they somehow pack so much into those takeout containers! Depending on what I order, I can usually stretch it into multiple meals, so it's a great value.
The C9. Honey Chicken was covered in just enough sauce so that it didn't feel like it was swimming in it but coated every piece. Hubby's C15. General Tso's Chicken is always his thing to order and it didn't disappoint.
Also ordered the 5a. Fried Dumplings (8) for the first time and they were still crunchy and hot when they got home and the sauce cup provided complimented the flavor of the dumplings well.
Will definitely keep ordering.. but on a side note.. please bring back the Pu Pu Platter... 😄"
"Same review, different day. I consistently order from here because of the quality of the food and the price for the amount of food. This time I tried something different in the 5. Hawaii Five"o" . Yes it's one of the pricier menu items but for what you get and how much food is packed into the container, you could really get 2 or more meals from it. Happy Dining all!"

"The burrito was excellent! I’m so glad I asked for the queso on the side because it made eating the burrito much easier, and it didn’t get soggy. Plus, I was able to dip some of the chips in the queso too, so it was a win-win!
This is my second time ordering from here. The first time I got the chicken fajitas, which were also really delicious, and this time I tried the burrito. Both times the food has been great.
I feel like the beans could be a little thicker since they were just a tad runny, and the avocado could’ve been a little fresher. I think it was just because it was wrapped up with the other hot items, so it had browned a little by the time I bit into the burrito, but it was still very tasty.
I also love their rice. It’s not too dry and almost has the texture of sticky rice, which I prefer. The chips are always super fresh, never taste like old oil, and there wasn’t a single broken chip in the bag, which made me so happy!
I also loved whatever that creamy white cilantro sauce was that they included. I think that’s what it was, but I’m not sure. I mixed a little bit of it into the queso, and it took it to the next level.
I would definitely order from here again!"
"I eat the A6. Homemade Quesadilla with chicken everything I come to papas express, my partner gets the B9. Green Man Burrito. Delicious food everytime no matter the day or time. The quesadilla is cheesy & savory the chicken is cooked to perfection, not dry at all. We love Papas express ❤️"

Texas Roadhouse is much better and a little cheaper for the same meal. Also, I ordered Aussie Fries and got plain, Thanks"

"Everything was ice cold, the fries were cold and soggy. The sandwich was disgusting, way too much mayo, and the chicken was hard and dry. Worst meal ever, was Not worth it!! And it ended up costing about $27! For one meal, that's insane. I'm done with the Black Mountain McDonalds. "

The maple oatmeal with all
The maple oatmeal with all
The maple oatmeal with raisins & apples were delicious . I didn't know they offered a healthy breakfast option. The Sausage gravy biscuit meal was delicious as always.
I ordered a sausage patty to crumble up into the gravy meal just to add to the gravy.
I also ordered 2 half strips of bacon to eat with the oatmeal. I am a country girl that is how we do. My meal was prepared hot and fresh but arrived Luke warm. Not the stores fault ,Door Dash had no driver for pickup. So my order arrived late and not as hot. However McDonald's packing method kept it Luke warm and still edible & delicious.👏😊"

"I decided to give them one more chance. I went inside and checked my order before I left. They had messed it up again. The order was printed on the bag as the 3pc big box 2 breasts and a wing. They gave me two wings and 1 breast. They fixed it immediately, but they just do not pay attention to what they are doing.
The chicken was well cooked, juicy, and delicious."

"The food was really delicious. The FRESH SUMMER ROLL and Pad Thai were priced really fairly. The rolls were EXTREMELY fresh, and I enjoyed them. However, the large soup, priced at $18, is ~1.5quarts, vs the full 2 quart soup container, is a bit on the pricey side. It was just as good as the other dishes and I'm glad I tried it, but I likely wouldn't order again at that price point."
"Wow, the ROASTED DUCK CURRY is soooo good omg. I chose mild and it's very flavorful with only a hint of spice which is perfect for me. "The best wings in Asheville. They are always properly cooked (NOT dried out). Medium buffalo sauce is excellent with just the right heat."
" I'm not sure if this was from "it's just wings", because usually im very satisfied with their service. This has only happened to me one other time about a year ago, but I'm not sure it's from their company. I couldn't even finish my meal. The fries were dry and cold, wings had no sauce. There was also a weird gooey substance under the skin of the wings, that wasn't fat, and made them inedible. I am not mentioning this to ruin their report, but in hopes that this can be resolved so no other customer has to come across this issue."
