"I love this place so much. Everything is always perfection. They are my good day place, they are my bad day place, they are my special occasion place. Beautiful, fresh, high quality cuts- I have never been disappointed. I tried many sushi places in Temecula before finding them; there are even other hana sushis- they are not the same. I don't know if this is intentional or if they just don't care as much as they do when somebody is being served right in front of them. But whenever I get it in person at my house, either delivered or through pick up, it seems like it's not made with the same quality and care. Either the steak is overcooked or seems like I've been skimped out on. I'm writing this review in hopes that the restaurant sees this and can make sure their food consistency is the same as an in person experience. I understand that the temperature is going to vary depending on where it's being delivered, and I would expect nonetheless. But I want the same meal that I'm ordering in person.
