"First time trying this restaurant. Overall a good experience. The tenders are MASSIVE and are very tasty with a light coating/breading. 5 tenders combo is definitely enough for an adult. On the downside, I found the mac & cheese a very small portion for $4.50 and it was without much flavour and the noodles extremely soft, to the point of dissolving to the touch. Slaw was nice and not overly sauced. Meal was packaged reasonably well for travel and sauce portions were more than reasonable in size and flavourful in taste. Overall a reasonable meal and I will try them again."
"The fries were half decent. Sauce was fine. The tenders were hardly breaded, and had an odd dark brown hue to them that was very unappealing (see pics). Same with the mozzarella sticks, although there was a nice amount of mozzarella. Flavor was bland and just wasn't worth it. Couldn't finish the food, very disappointed. The coleslaw was also pretty bland. Would not order from here again."

Everything arrived cold, and the so-called Boneless wings were 4/5 breading and 1/5 chicken. They were hard and tasted stale, inedible. I wound up throwing them all away. Those were the worst I have ever had.

Urbane Cafe charges more for extra and doesn't ever bother giving it to me. The strawberry lemonade is also amazing, very satisfying- it seemed expensive at first but it's honestly worth every penny. The potato salad may seem a tad bland, but when paired with a really flavorful sandwich, it's just right.

"There's a few hot chicken places in SCV but this is definitely the best around. We got the Flock 2 which had 3 chicken sando meals for a discounted price. Each meal comes with 2 sandos so it's a great value for flavorful, actually moist, white meat chicken. We got the mild and medium. If you like spice, medium was perfect without it being overly spicy where you can't enjoy the food anymore. Some places say "medium" but it's really "hot." Fries were the crispiest crinkle cut fries even after the travel time home! Was pleasantly surprised. Their house sauce and ranch were decent. Ranch wasn't Wing Stop level but solid. I would rank Main Chick 2nd only to Howlin' Rays. Waaay better than basic Dave's Hot Chicken. Will be our go-to Hot Chicken place in the SCV!"
