"The Chaos roll was fresh and made with bright flavors, it hit the sushi craving that I've been wanting. The Salmon Kama had a good smoky grill favor while still retaining moisture, which was a pleasant surprise. Plus, there was an excellent ratio of meat to collar.
My only suggestion that I have, is regarding the packaging of liquids. perhaps consider containers and a packaging method that doesn't risk leagake. The two miso soups arrived upside down and was leaking in the plastic bag. Same for the sauce.
