"Luzmila's is one of my favorite bolivian restaurants in the area. Located on rt 7/west broad street. Near Arlington, falls church etc. I just ordered a fricase that reminded me of home. I’ve been trying for a few days to find my favorite burger in DC, and so far, out of the 5 places I’ve tried, this one was the best. Very flavorful, great sauces, and the meat was cooked exactly as I requested!
I’d just suggest a couple of small improvements to make it even better: the lettuce on the bottom tends to get soggy, so placing it on top might help with texture. Also, using a slicer for the onion and tomato could make the slices more uniform — the red onion and tomato were a bit thick, which slightly affected the overall balance of the burger. With more consistent slices, the flavors would be even better balanced.
