I have to speak loudly SEVERAL times before being acknowledged and then get told that I need to get in line even AFTER I've said a couple times "I'm here to pick up an online order." Iāve been trying for a few days to find my favorite burger in DC, and so far, out of the 5 places Iāve tried, this one was the best. Very flavorful, great sauces, and the meat was cooked exactly as I requested!
Iād just suggest a couple of small improvements to make it even better: the lettuce on the bottom tends to get soggy, so placing it on top might help with texture. Also, using a slicer for the onion and tomato could make the slices more uniform ā the red onion and tomato were a bit thick, which slightly affected the overall balance of the burger. With more consistent slices, the flavors would be even better balanced.
