They also didn't clean the chicken well so the thigh membranes were in the rice and I had to scrape it out myself which was unpleasant. The Tannour Bread was undercooked and doughy which was disappointing. The only redeeming thing was the baba ganoush which was the best I've ever had and perfect šš¼ As much as they charge, I really hope they get it together. Yemini food is my favorite but this experience was underwhelming."

And then the friesāthey look decent, lightly golden, but they feel like an afterthought. Seeing that lemon pepper on the chicken makes you wish the fries got the same treatment. A little of that seasoning wouldāve tied the whole plate together and elevated them from basic to addictive.

Strong execution on the okra, solid seasoning instincts, but a few handling missteps kept this from being a top-tier plate. Let it breathe, share that seasoning love, and this easily levels up."
