The Blackened Ahi Tuna Burger was seared medium rare which is perfect, however it was also lacking enough sauce, so it was a bit dry as well. The blackened rub seasoning was super salty, & overpowering.
I added a little wing sauce to the chicken sandwich & it is perfect. I squeezed a lemon on the Ahi tuna patty, then mixed some horseradish (bc I didn't have wasabi) & some mayo to put on as a spread & it was then also perfect. I would probably order them again if there is a less salt option firthr ahi.
Advice, if you order from here ask for extra sauce or else plan to add some of your own. Advice to restaurant, please use less salt... its easier to add for those who want more than to try to take away when its too much. Thank you!! "
