"I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from Sarku Japan in Nashua, NH.
Last Wednesday, I ordered two meals for home delivery, and what I received was completely unacceptable. Both meals contained an extremely small amount of protein. The noodles were dry, lacked flavor, and the portion of chicken was so small that it felt like I was paying mostly for noodles.
This is completely different from the meals served when dining at your mall location. The quality, freshness, and portion sizes were nowhere near what I have come to expect from your restaurant. Customers should not receive an inferior product simply because they order delivery.
My family and I have been loyal customers, but this experience has completely damaged our trust in your restaurant. I have also spoken with friends who used to enjoy ordering from this location, and they expressed similar disappointments.
Considering the poor quality of the food and the misleading portion sizes, I believe I deserve either a full refund or appropriate compensation for this order. I paid for two complete meals and did not receive the quality or value that was promised.
I sincerely hope management will review this situation, improve quality control, and contact me to resolve this matter. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to share my experience publicly so that other customers know what to expect.

The chicken fried rice, which I had paid extra for, tasted like it had been cooked in rancid oil, or perhaps in some kind of cleaning solution, like a metal cleaner, as it had a metallic taste to it. Drowning it in soy sauce didn't take the metallic taste away. The crab rangoon was not sweet and savory, which I expect, but sour and strange. The chicken fingers had tough meat that had me pulling unchewable chunks out of my mouth after taking a bite. The Chicken with Broccoli was the most edible of the lot, and even that was strange in a way I can't pinpoint. The container it comes in is TINY for $13. The egg rolls are overly sweet and also indescribably odd.
This place has great reviews, so I don't know if it's just a me problem. I did order late at night, about a half hour before closing, so maybe they had already started cleaning and didn't rinse the cookware thoroughly before preparing the food? I honestly don't know. I just know that I ate one and a half chicken fingers, half a crab rangoon, half of an egg roll (I tried to give it a chance, I really did!), and a couple bites of rice. The only thing I'm not going to throw away yet is the chicken with broccoli, which I'll try again tomorrow to assess with a fresh palate. Not worth the $60 I paid (including tip, taxes, and fees). Ultimately, this place is a HUGE "no" for me. "
