We get the standard chicken but you can substitute 1 chicken for 2 koubedeh for a few more dollars which is pretty good. My favorite substitutions are the salmon if im being fancy or the tofu (YES THE TOFU IS DELICIOUS AND TOTALLY WORTH IT).
For the carb side, I like the bulgar wheat which is flavorful of the brown rice. The salad yoycant go wrong with any but upgrading to the date salad is actually yummy.

"Oh wow!! I ordered the chicken soup and a skewer of the ribeye shishkabab cubes. The rib-eye is the BEST ribeye I've had in I don't know when!! Perfectly cooked, and SO tender!! I didn't even need a knife to cut it. The seasoning and charbroiled flavor are out of this world!!! Next time I want a steak, I'm ordering the ribeye kebabs from here. "I have ordered the chicken shawarma sandwich and the beef shawarma sandwich, both on pita. Both were INCREDIBLE (chicken was my favorite)!! Super flavorful, lots of meat + other fillings but still well balanced, and the portions are fantastic. You definitely get your money's worth. I think about that chicken sandwich all the time, it was so damn good. And such a good price for what you get. I also recommend getting the side order of fries and a drink, as it's cheaper than getting the fries by itself + the portion of fries is pretty big. The sauces on the side were also so delicious (that garlic sauce is SO garlicky and yummy, + the tzatziki and chili sauce are also bomb. The tahini was good but not as flavorful as the other sauces. I don't wanna give them any ideas but I can't believe they let you get them for free, all 3 of them!!! tzatziki is an extra dollar but I think it's worth it). I crave this place ALL THE TIME.
