I got the "fried rice with some meat from the Chinese place" vibe. I travel and stay at lots of places in the southern part of the US, and I've had lots of hibachi orders. The ramen and the small dishes are yummy, and it's the only restaurant I've found that does Pork Katsudon.
The rest only do chicken, when pork IS the traditional choice.
