"I am so disappointed!! The Linguine Florentine with shrimp was missing so much of its promised ingredients. There was a lot of pasta but very little spinach, mushrooms, or tomatoes. And, yes, I stirred it to be sure. I ordered this because of all the fresh veggies! As you can see in my photo, the pasta portion looked nothing like their photo. I will say that the pasta was cooked perfectly as were the shrimp. The Italian salad was fresh but was lacking kalamata olives; there was only one small one. It was nice to get their bread with the olive oil and seasonings.
Bottom line, it makes me sad that I spent over $30 of a birthday gift from my sisters basically on pasta and 5 shrimp! What a waste!

"Well..... eating Captain D's at home vs in the restaurant are two very different experiences. There's something about warm food traveling inside a styrofoam container has a less than ideal affect on the fish. It's not the same texture and almost not the same taste. The baked potato tasted good but all the yummy cheese and bacon bits had melted down into the folded sheets of aluminum foil that was there to keep it warm. I had to fish out foil from the potato and all the melted cheese from in between the folds of foil. Ehhh.
All I'm saying is I much prefer to eat in their restaurant and have it delivered to the house.
I also ordered a large sweet tea and a large lemonade but ended up with two large sweet teas. So much for my Arnold Palmer.
It's only fair that I include that in spite of everything I mentioned above, I cleaned my plate and even ate both hush puppies!! I was hungry!!
