The Mousaka was disappointing n just ok, just dry with too much hamburger, not enough eggplant. Really wish they'd change it up with the other very beloved classic called: Pastitsio once in a blue moon as it has Greek pasta so much more palatable. The Spanakotiropita was burnt, dried out and way over priced. Now on a happier note, we loved the Chicken Avgolemono which was just amazing. Pita Bread was perfect! The Baklava was good but tiny portion size for the price and the Galaktoboureko was dry and flavorless unfortunately but I understand Mediteranean cooking so added honey which helped yay. "

"We ordered a Bacon Omelette with cheese and a Corned Beef Sandwich for pick up. Also, we ordered iced tea but i dropped that on the ground before i even left the premises. Hubby was very favorable towards his Bacon Omelette. Ate it all. It was big and fluffy and homefries were nice and chunky. My corned beef was fresh and tasty. I feel like ineed another one. There was plenty of meat On the the bread, which was also soft and fresh!! The diner gave us more than sufficient ketchup and butter for our meals. It was a very laid back diner and we threw all of the "plates" and utensils away. I enjoy every aspect of the experience. "

"I had never ordered from Sappore before, but I was craving a Philly cheesesteak and found them through DoorDash’s “Happy Hour” section. First of all, bravo to them for offering an affordable menu during select times—something rare these days! I was initially drawn to their plain pizza, which was priced reasonably (not $28 like many places!). While the cheesesteak wasn’t part of the Happy Hour deal, I was so impressed by the rest of their menu that I decided to give it a try, along with an order of cheese fries. Let me tell you, this is the spot I’ve been searching for in Atlantic County. I was nearly in tears because everything was just that good. The Philly cheesesteak? Glorious. It’s massive—basically like two full cheesesteaks in one—and the flavors are incredible. It’s fresh, perfectly seasoned, and easily one of the best sandwiches I’ve had since Gino’s. No exaggeration. The pizza? Beautiful. It was perfectly made, fresh, and delicious. Even the cheese fries were warm, fresh, and made with care. What truly impressed me were the little details—Sappore sent paper plates, ketchup, and utensils with my order. I can’t remember the last time a place went above and beyond like that. They genuinely care about their food and customers, and it shows. I don’t eat out often, but when I do, I expect food to be worth the money and far from mediocre. Sappore delivered in every way. 5 stars all the way! I can’t wait to order from them again. Keep up the amazing work! "

" I ordered the Grilled Bronzino and was seriously disappointed. The fish was extremely overcooked, dry, and completely flavorless — no seasoning, nothing. The pasta was just as bad. It tasted like plain boxed pasta tossed with something like a generic supermarket marinara sauce. Definitely not restaurant quality. The salad? Barely a handful of greens with a packet of dressing on the side — like something you’d grab from Wawa, not what you’d expect when paying $36 for a meal. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of money. The portions were small, the quality was poor, and I would not recommend the Bronzino at all."
