"This particular location does something different with their Crazy Bread®. I'm not sure what, but the bottom side of the bread is flat, has holes in it and is greasy. It's not the round, doughy bread you get from other Little Caesars locations. It's crispy, the kind of breadstick you can break in half, like a hard pretzel. It's also pretty flavorless - not the typical crazy bread season, just some butter and Parmesan. I threw mine away, not worth the calories if it's not real crazy bread."

At this time I would specifically not recommend the mozzarella sticks and jalapeno poppers, if only because it appears they bake them in a different flour that becomes really really dry (as a fan, I suggest EHP advertise that they're baked not fried, assuming baked are supposed to be that dry); and the mozzarella sticks they use appears to be a different product than their normal, really good cheese. Specifically, the sticks dry and harden into these plasticky things that don't taste very good. If you're reading this EHP, please seriously consider another brand of sticks, & be careful to pack the soda separately. Don't get me wrong though - **DEFINITELY** get the pizza and garlic bread. Fantastic. Just maybe don't grab anything else until they work out the kinks."

"this vegan pizza is nasty, sorry to say the cheese is goopy I wish they would use miyoko's cheese I feel like this cheese is known enough now that restaurants should adopt it, it's the closest thing to real mozzarella. the vegan sausage is also disgusting unfortunately I paid an extra $1.50 for it. I was also really hoping for a big fluffy crust but this crust was thin and flat, seems like the crust did not rise the way it needed to. since I paid for it I tried to put it back in the oven when I got it and season it and eat it with hot sauce and cover it with vegan parmesan but really I do not recommend."

"Incredible pizza - probably the best New York style in east bay. Love the mini pepperonis and size. Caesar didnt have enough dressing nor anything by to write home about when there are such good salad places . Meatballs are out of this world - true Italian style and fresh sauce. "

"I've only tasted Mama's Boy Pizza twice (I must admit, twice in less than a week ).. yes...it was that good. I typically wait to review until I've tried a new place a handful of times over at least a month or two and at least 1x in the restaurant however the pizza, Chopped Salad and homemade Ranch were so good I'm confident saying that this is the best NY style pizza and one of the very best pizza joints in the Bay Area. The chopped salad was fantastic, extremely fresh lettuces, the ceci beans (aka chickpeas), red wine vinegrette were the perfect compliment to the lovely variety of lettuces. An addition of crumbled feta cheese in lieu of the finely shaved parm would be amazing but it is delicious just as is. I typically order a small vegetarian pie for myself and a medium or large meat pie for my partner but Mama's Boy 20" pizzas are so big and filling we went for a half and half and we both had leftovers. Tip to perfectly reheat pizza, heat oven to 400F, put cast irin pan or pizza stone in oven while preheating, when tempreture is set, place pie in oven for 5 minutes & you'll have a perfectly heated slice that has a crisp not limp crust! My only complaint when ordering delivery online there isn't an option to select one of their pizza combinations as a half pie so I was instructed to select a 20" Cheese Pie and then select my desired toppings for either the 1st half, 2nd half and/or whole pie. The only down side to ordering this way is that even if you mirror each half as one of their menu item pies (i.e.veggie & supreme) the pie ends up costing substantially more than the cost of any of their menu item pies. Hopefully, this can be fixed to enable ordering of menu item pies as a 1/2 pie without paying an extra $20+ to the cost of their menu item pies. Even a $5.00 flat rate charge for a half and half order of menu item pies w be preferable. Whether eating in or ordering delivery, Mama's Boy Pizza is a must try!"
