I received the BEC on a roll with floppy bacon. I ordered two individually everything Bagels and received flagels, they're okay, but not what I ordered. I ordered Pasta Salad 1/4lb and received egg salad which had ALOT of mayo. I ordered a Chocolate Chip Cookie and a Macadamia Nut Cookie and they were dry and over cooked. Nothing worth paying for. The Macadamia Nut Cookie had coconut in it which is fine but not advertised and could be problematic since it arrived without a package/ingredient list. Overall, not a good experience since I didnt get most of what I ordered. "

The Turkey Bacon (4 Pcs) wasn't too greasy and it wasn't high in sodium. The Apple Turnover was really like. It's flaky and warm. I really love the spices in the filling. The Chicken Caesar Wrap is fresh, the lettuce was nice and crunchy, they didnt add a lot of dressing which I loved. I hate when places drown in dressing, but Pantanos doesn't! Lastly, the Iced Coffee (20Oz) is always perfect. Not too sweet, still bold and it doesn't taste burnt! It's very smooth. "

Lately the bagels and the food industry as a whole have been rather lack luster. I ordered 3 spreads strawberry, veggie and plain. Surprisingly they were whipped! Not hard and lumpy like most stores. All were very fresh and quite tasty. The veggie cream cheese was very good, carrots, bell peppers and maybe cucumbers? Perfect combo! Usually its scallions an radishes and the second you pull the lid back it smells like garbage. The bagels were excellent. I lightly toast my bagels. I ate 2 and they were not overly chewey.
