"firstly, the only reason I ordered from this place was so I could get the cinnamon bun thing & they refunded me because they were out. Store owners/staff, if you're going to use these apps, then add updating it every day before opening to your routine because I am so sick of paying stores money to get one specific thing & not getting it. I'd have rathered to cancel the whole order than end up with items I didn't open the app to get, I wasn't given the option. I don't recommend the Spinach and Ricotta Danish (V) because it's a very small square of pastry that has a dollop of bland spinach & feta mix in the middle. the pastry is nice, but it has 1tbsp on spinach/feta right in the middle like a garnish, which is generally not what people want when they order this type of thing. the Colombian Arepa GF will appeal to many, but it's not for me. well made & fresh & hot, & a good amount of cheese in the middle, yet still I could not taste the flavour of the cheese so it must be some really cheap cardboard stuff. the arepa itself was overpoweringly corny foe my taste. I've not travelled to Columbia to eat them, I can only go by the arepas I've had from other restaurants, they've never had such a strong maize flavour. many people will love it, but just note that the cheese is tasteless in this anyway, so there's no chance you'll taste the filling over the semolina or whatever makes the arepa. arrived well packaged & it looks like the food is fresh so that's a plus."

"First of all, the Home-made Pork Dim Sim 3 pcs needs a 6 pack. These are easily some of the loveliest dumplings I've had ever, generous in size, succulent and sauced absolutely brilliantly. I also had the 22.Sweet Sour pork again, the meat was so succulent, a shame that if their was a fried rice option I didn't spot it when ordering, some fried rice would have complimented this lovely pork spectacularly over the regular boiled white rice. The Veg Spring Roll (4) was so nice, I'd believe they were home made if tolled so, absolutely lovely and very generous sizing. Lastly the 7.Mongolian Beef Noodle my partner got was great in every aspect. She loved the sauce, the amount of meat didn't feel like a cheap pull away. Really this food and this expirance was lovely, not really a thing I would change. Solid 4/5."

"Fantastic food and the best service! Lotus chips are my all time favourites but I can't pick a favourite sushi dish. They are all so tasty. Def try the Volcano! "

"I am honestly convinced that the only reason this restaurant is as popular and successful as it is could be attributed to its location. Portion sizes especially for any kind of roll is quite paling for the price and the sashimi is only mildly better, which leaves Udon and other noodle dishes. Unfortunately, the noodles I tried in store were glued together, which signals that they had been left still for too long. This was the case for multiple in person visits too, which baffled me considering the long line and wait for access to the restaurant. Whilst I am not going to criticise the range of food, it is extremely westernised even for a western Japanese restaurant, to the point that there are almost no non-western options. The ones I did order were of lower quality than the popular options, which made me and the friend I went with question the purpose of eating at such a venue. Again, I understand why there are more westernised options, but when the actual Japanese items seem to have suffered at the expense of their existence to the point their quality suffers, it does make for a frustrating experience. It feels like I am eating at a McDonald's in Japan. Sure, it's great if you want to feel at home and comfortable while overseas, but if you want actual Japanese food your only claim to such would be its location. "
