The sashimi had several bones in it and was very poorly cut, and the seaweed salad was tiny (like maybe 2-3 small bites worth). Also, the roll was poorly done with a 2 slices missing the inside stuff—it was just rice and seaweed paper. I’ve ordered from here before on another app, and didn’t have these issues, but it was at dinner time. Maybe the chef had a bad day? Still, the food was bad enough that I am leaving a negative review and contacting the restaurant. Bones in sushi can be dangerous if you’re not careful or if a child eats it!"

The Caribbean Mango Habañero Chicken Wings were also good. they actually bought the whole wings of the chicken and chopped them up. right mixture of sweet and spice. The Jamaican Patties were ok.. i wish they had more filling in them i had more pasterie than meat filling. The Virgin Islands Spicy Ribs was mid. for the price i would say you get a 3/4 of a half slab of baby back ribs drowned in bbq sauce. i do not think the ribs were seasoned and it was just overpowered with the sauce. The Fried Plantain (Platanos Maduras) was good however they may not have been fresh. i am used to seeing glistening cook sweat when made fresh. Overall good i would just tweak some a little bit and it could freaking awesome!"

"I’m very intentional about quality, and I always research online reviews, TikTok, and social media before I place an order. Unfortunately, my experience tonight did not align with the standard I expected. The burger arrived completely ice cold, even though the restaurant is only 3.5 miles away and the driver came directly here. The fries were requested crispy, yet they arrived overcooked, dry, and ice cold—I had to reheat them in the oven, which makes it clear they were not freshly prepared. I also requested extra lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. While the vegetables were placed on the side as noted, the portions were minimal, not “extra.” The packaging was another issue: additional dressings and cold items were placed loosely on top of the burger, which caused the bun to turn soggy. Quality should not be dependent on ordering 30 minutes before closing. Open is open, and standards should still apply. The one positive part of the experience was the service. Jasmine, the manager, was excellent—professional, accommodating, and solution-focused. My concerns are strictly about food quality and packaging, not the customer service. I chose Red Robin tonight instead of Whataburger, and unfortunately, that was a mistake. Sharing this for transparency and in hopes that overall quality control improves."
