The sauce was thick and had a pleasant sweetness to it. The chicken was cooked perfectly! My husband had the Goan shrimp. he loves spice so he sat there and ate it while sweating and mouth on fire! As much as he loved the heat, it could have been more enjoyable if it was a little less. The bread definitely helped with calming down that heat! "We love trying out new Indian spots, and Tandoori Bites earned points right away by getting the food out of the kitchen very quickly. Upon arrival I was a tad skeptical - usually MALAI KOFTA is more yellow in color and I prefer my CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA without peppers. The malai kofta really grew on me - it has a very slight kick (which I enjoyed) and isnt as sweet as other places ive ordered from, but I really enjoyed it. My husband can't handle spice and it was subtle enough for him to enjoy too which was great. The Chicken Tikka was also really good - unfortunately I hate peppers and they just permeate the sauce but if you enjoy this style of tikka masala you'll be very pleased with their execution. "

"Good quality place. The food is rooted in authenticity, but has some nice nuances of their own. The Samosa Chat is very similar to what I used to get out of the cart when I worked abroad. Still looking for that magic bowl of chole that reminds me of the street vendor variety. The vindaloo was amazing. The Gosht was very flavorful and the lamb was the perfect texture and thickness. I like it thinner like gyro meat. The prawns were ok. I imagine if I ate them fresh they would've been better but some dishes can't overcome the 20-30 min in the car, especially shrimp. Highly recommended, this is better than most other Pakistani restaurants in the area. Very good job! I got the behari paratha roll, bun kabab, and the halwa puri. Everything was amazing and SUPER AUTHENTIC! The halwa had just the right amount of sweetness and cooked to perfection. The puris were perfectly fried, the aaloo tarkaari was spiced just right, the quantity of the food is incredible too, I was not able to finish the halwa puri, enough for two meals. The only thing that could be better was the achaar, please give authentic Pakistani achaar like Shan or National. The bun kabab was very authentic, more daal in the kabab than meat, just like back home. The bun kabab would benefit from a sweeter tomato sauce like back home. But overall one of the best bun kababs I’ve had in NJ. The behari kabab paratha roll was innovative in how it was portioned like a quesadilla, very interesting.
