At first they looked a little dry, but once you bite into them . . . OMG! Soooo juicy and PERFECTLY cooked. YUM! I thought they would have a sauce on them. The one downside which resulted in the subtraction of a star is that there was so little brisket included. The photos felt deceiving. Not sure if it was purposeful or an oversight because it was a delivery order. I was about to be upset, but the food was just so good. I would definitely order again, and even make my way over to dine in. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Oh, and don't forget to order some extra Hot Chili Oil! "

"Best pizza in the Pioneer Valley. The crust has that light cornmeal on the bottom so you get a little crunch when you bite into it, but the dough itself is still soft and chewy with just a hint of ferment—you can actually taste that it’s real dough and not something rushed. The cheese melts the way it’s supposed to, smooth and stretchy instead of that weird coagulated mess a lot of places around here serve. It’s basically New York–style pizza but without the greasy overload, and the toppings are legit. I had the chicken, pineapple, and onion and the chicken was ridiculously tender, not dry at all, and everything tasted fresh. Even the chicken fingers are excellent—crispy breading, all white meat, cooked perfectly. On top of that they’ve got a huge menu with tons of other stuff. I’ve tried pizza all over the valley and nothing beats Primo’s 2. Easy five stars."
