The cheese melts the way it’s supposed to, smooth and stretchy instead of that weird coagulated mess a lot of places around here serve. It’s basically New York–style pizza but without the greasy overload, and the toppings are legit. I had the chicken, pineapple, and onion and the chicken was ridiculously tender, not dry at all, and everything tasted fresh. Even the chicken fingers are excellent—crispy breading, all white meat, cooked perfectly. On top of that they’ve got a huge menu with tons of other stuff. But they DID HAVE yummy juices on the bottom, and the swordfish was sitting on a bed of sautéed mild onions in the juice. Then, the VEGETABLE PAKORA is always a treat!
